・JUNIOR (age 5 – 13) ※Birthdate is between April 2, 2003 – April 1, 2011 ・U-19 (age 13 – 19) ※Birthdate is between April 2, 1997 – April 1, 2003 ・OPEN (age 19 or above) ※Birthdate is on or before April 1, 1997 ※Important notice ・If the team members are of varying ages, the team must compete in the age division of the oldest member on the team. (Ex.: 2 elementary school students + 1 junior high school student = participate in the U-19 division) ・Teams may be composed of any gender and any number of participants. |

※For teams from participating countries other than Japan ●Only the top teams from both the “Speed” and “Performance” events at each country’s qualifying competition for all categories (JUNIOR, U-19, and OPEN) are given the right to participate in the DCW2016. ※However, the number of teams with participation rights varies depends on the number of competing teams in each country’s qualifying competition. This is the same for each country’s qualifying competition, and applies to all categories (JUNIOR, U-19, and OPEN). ［DDCW participation right acquisition details］ 1 team – 59 teams・・・・・1 team 60 teams – 89 teams・・・・・2 teams 90 teams or more・・・・・3 teams ※Applicable countries: Belgium, China (Shanghai), France, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, USA ●If the team that wins a DDC is not from that country, they are not automatically eligible to compete in the DDCW. Only teams that live in the country in which the DDC is held and win, or place amongst the top teams (refer to the DDCW participation rights details) attain the right to compete in the DDCW. Ex.: If JUNIOR 30 teams, U-19 50 teams, OPEN 100 teams participate in a DDC
●The maximum number of Performance teams that can compete in the DDCW2016 is 15 teams from each division (JUNIOR, U-19, and OPEN), a total of 45 teams. |

＜3/21 DOUBLE DUTCH CONTEST WORLD 2016＞ ●General admission adult pre-event tickets: 4,000yen ●General admission child pre-event tickets: 3,500yen ※Child (elementary school students and younger) ※Infants, babies, etc. that can share a seat with their guardian do not need to pay admission. ●Reserved seat tickets The above admission fees + 1,000yen ●General admission adult day-of-event tickets: 4,500yen ●General admission child day-of-event tickets: 4,000yen ※Please be aware that general admission day-of-event tickets will not be sold if the pre-event tickets and reserved seat tickets are all sold.
